This program is offered only by Chemical Free, Inc. It is designed for the long term health & safety of the new homeowner. The service consists of three steps.

Chemical Free will perform a certified mold inspection and air test for MOLD spores inside and outside the new home. We provide certified, defendable in court, micrographs of the air sample showing the new home owner's house is mold free upon taking delivery of the home.

Chemical Free, Inc. will perform a deodorizing service on the home, removing all odors and any mold spores and pollen etc. Basically, doing a surface sanitizing in the entire inside of the home including the HVAC system.

To keep the home air contaminates from invading the new home over time, we will provide for installation by the HVAC installers a CHEMICAL FREE-AIR-WAVE system to be installed in the HVAC Ventilation system.

We normally treat the home just before the owners take possession of the completed home, removing all the odors from the paint, glue, dry-wall etc, and sanitizing the ventilation system, then an Airwave System is installed in the HVAC System insuring that the home will be free of airborne contaminates for years to come. If there is any suspicion of moist wood or what is called "Lumber Yard Mold", we can treat the home after the doors and windows have been installed, prior to the installation of the dry wall.
